Ramadan 2016
1. Our first Ramadan Iftar started in 2016. Food was distributed to public places. Every Friday we spent D7100 × D30,000. Grand total expenditure for entire Ramadan was: D30,000.
Ramadan 2017
2. The Second Ramadan Iftar & Eidul Fitr 2017.
Food was distributed to public places and nears Masjid throughout Ramadan. Every Friday we spent D18,000×8 = D144,000 each Friday. At the end of the Ramadan Koriteh day two {2} bulls were also bought at a cost of D50,000. Grand total expenditure for entire Ramadan period is: D194,000.
Ramadan 2018
Food was distributed to public places. Every Thursday & Friday throughout the Ramadan we spent D5,600×60 = D336,000. At the end of the Ramadan koriteh day,three {3} bulls were also bought at a cost of D30,000×3= D90,000 grand total expenditure for entire Ramadan was: D426,000.
Ramadan 2019
With the advent of Covid 19 on March 17 2019, all activities were put on hold and the Organisation continued food Distribution to Public places and each day, we spent D15,000×30 = D450,000. At the end of the Ramadan Koriteh day,five {5} bulls were also bought at a cost of D37,000×5= D185,000 grand total expenditure for entire Ramadan was: D635,000
The Fifth Ramadan Iftar & Eidul fitr 2020.
The Organisation with the help of its sponsors and partners successfully provided daily Iftar meals for almost 182 families per day D100 each, and 1700 widows individuals each received D5,000×1700= D8,500,000 from the 26th may 2020 throughout the whole month of Ramadan. The total expenditure was amounted to D9,046.000 At the end of the Ramadan, Koriteh day nine {9} bulls were also bought at a cost of D419,088.00 and the meat distributed to the underprivileged.
The total expenditure on this noble initiative was D9,465,088.00 which, under the current prevailing rate is equal to £145,616. British pounds.
6) The sixth Ramadan Iftar projects & Eidul Fitr 2021. Started from the 13th may 2021 to the last day of Ramadan.
