Branches:

Twenty- one schools are affiliated to the school in town and in villages throughout the country. The school was established in 22/06/ 2000.

The school is already under operations with some activities and as time goes on it will improve upon them to achieve its goals and objectives according to its vision and mission (Allah willing). The school for brighter future is a newly developed school which is under construction and trying to cope with the meager resources provided by the head of school to enable the orphans and the underprivileged children as well as women acquire quality education in a sound and conducive environment. These are some needs of the school and any support to address these needs will be very much welcomed.

1. Number of students:

The school initially started with 7 students which were mainly children.as time went on; the classes were divided into three divisions namely:

The junior class (ages 5-18 years), currently, there are: 670 students in the junior class.

The boarding school class started 22 June 2023 from (ages 5-12 years) currently; there are 30 students in the boarding school.

The women (’s) class (women aged above 35 years and married women) currently, there are 130 students in the junior class.

The total enrolment presently is 830 students.

2. Potential number of students

Given the exponential growth of admission rates, the management of the school expects to have over two thousand five hundred (2,500) students in the next two years.

3. Number of teachers

The school currently has a head of the school, assistant head of school, sectary general of the school and forty (40) qualified teachers but as the number increases, it will require thirty-four (34) teachers, two (8) security guards, two (8) caretakers, two (2) Imaam and a Muaddhin in addition to an administrator, auditor an accountant.

4. Number of classrooms

The school has only twelve classrooms and two offices . So, in order to cater for the different categories of people, lessons are held on rotational basis, morning class from 7am to 12:40 noon, afternoon class started from 3pm to 7pm. In this respect, the school will need twenty four (24) modern classrooms and offices with facilities and educational materials to facilitate effective teaching and learning.

5. Land Purchase

Purchase land for a boarding school for females and modern school infrastructure, set up a well-stocked school library with a resource center attached and to set up a well-equipped computer science laboratory.

6. To purchase land for a conventional school and construction of classrooms to serve children at their various grades.

7. Purchase land for agriculture, improving health, welfare, sports, a head teacher’s office and staff common room, toilet and washrooms etc.

8. A library:

A modern library facility where the holy Qur’an and various textbooks on comparative religion and all aspects of human life would be displayed on shelves to encourage the students to read, make reference and research.

9. A modern computer

laboratory:
Since the world is encouraging computer literacy and we are in an era of information technology, a modern computer laboratory with internet connectivity will open up the minds of the students to be abreast with modern links to information and adjust positively to society as they become computer literate.

10. A boarding house system

Since these children are orphans and underprivileged, they need good shelter, food and clothing to enable them to be well protected and enjoy the basic necessities of life. The school therefore proposes a boarding house system to house and feed the children as well as train them morally with good character and leadership qualities.
The school boarding system will also attract students in the other parts of the country who are underprivileged or orphaned to be admitted into the school.
Boys and girls dormitories, a dining hall with kitchen facilities as well as other materials and equipment to facilitate a smooth boarding housing system will be needed to achieve this goal.

1. Stationery and materials store

Storage for school stationery and learning materials is very vital in every educational institution to enhance effective teaching and learning.
This spacious store will serve this need to protect the books and other learning materials very safely.

12. Provision of school bus for easy transportation of students

A school bus will be needed to transport students who are not able to gain admission into the boarding system and will have to become day students to commute from their homes to the school. The school bus will also enable the students to embark on educational trips, excursions and field trips outside the school to increase their knowledge in whatever they learn in school.

13. To establish a productive business venture to help in the development of the school and community Since the school administration will revolve on a lot of financial commitment, it is proposed that a productive business venture should be established and supported for the school to generate sufficient income for future developments. These funds will also help to cater properly for the boarding students and the day students as well as play a role in its community.

Suggested Business Ventures Are Welcome For Implementation. These May Include:

– Commercial Farm Project & Trading
– Commercial Transport System
– Small Scale Manufacturing Industries

14. To sponsor diligent and industrious students to Continue their Education abroad It is the desire of the management of the school to solicit for support and scholarships for the diligent, brilliant and industrious students to continue their studies abroad upon successful completion of their courses from the school.

15. School management

The head of school will be in charge of the overall management of the school and the administrator will oversee the general administration and report to the head of the school. The accountant will also handle all the financial issues of the school with approval from the head of the school.

The secretary will deal with all the correspondence and secretarial duties of the administration and report to the administrator and head of school.
The School Executive Committee will be as follows:

1. Head of School, Principal (Chair)
2. Vice – principal
3. School Secretary General
4. School Treasurer
5. Head of Teachers
6. Assistant Head teachers
7. Head of Disciplinary Committee

16. Provision of competitive salary for staff

Since the school is not charging any form of fees or payment from the orphans and underprivileged students, there is a very important need for the school to mobilize funds to pay salaries of both teaching and non-teaching staff members at the end of every month to encourage them effectively for the growth and development of the students as well as the school.
